Google Sign-In Information

We do not receive your Google account password.

HandleMyCase allows users to upload information and documents associated with legal matters or case management. This may include:

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal authority to provide information relating to other individuals.

Automated or AI-generated information may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Users should independently verify important information before relying on it.

Unless expressly stated otherwise as part of a separate professional engagement, AI-generated content does not constitute legal advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified legal professional.

HandleMyCase may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar browser technologies necessary to operate the application.

We currently do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, advertising cookies, or remarketing technologies.

Some information may remain temporarily within backups, logs, archives, fraud-prevention records, or legally required records after an account or particular information has been deleted.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technologies, business practices, or legal obligations change.

The updated version will be published on HandleMyCase with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the application, website, or email where appropriate.
